Fitness Amenity at Solverre Apartments in Uptown Chicago

Solverre is a unique apartment building located in the heart of uptown Chicago. The buildings eclectic charm seamlessly blends with the creative roots of the area, while also providing access to contemporary amenities.

Through our collaboration with Lincoln Property Company, TFC was able to create a one of a kind space for this one of a kind building. The TFC team was excited by the opportunity to think outside the box with a creative layout design to make this fitness amenity stand out.

Lincoln Property Company wanted a space that not only provided everything necessary for a great workout, but that also drew tenants in and begged for their attention.

The finished product is just that. It features a mix of cardio, strength training, on-demand fitness equipment, and a studio with a combination of accessories and functional training options.

The Equipment Line-Up

A unique amenity with a contemporary feel, requires equipment that feels the same.

Cardio at Solverre includes everything from treadmills, ellipticals, climb mills, and rowers from Matrix Fitness, along with on-demand spin bikes. All featuring a touch screen with the Solverre logo displayed when not in use, for that extra personal touch.

The strength area features a variety of training options to allow tenants to get a comprehensive workout in. Equipment includes free weights, a smith machine, functional trainer, dual lat pull down and row machine, and a leg press.

The studio room is a nice addition to the fitness amenity, providing tenants with a flexible space to stretch, perform aerobic workouts, or complete some functional training.

The Final Product

Solverre is excited to use this amenity as a selling point for prospective tenants for years to come. The unique space provides tenants with an inspiring amenity that offers everything they need for a complete workout. Between the equipment mix and the modern lighting, the “wow” factor has been rewarding and powerful for Solverre.
